How long does a cleaning take?
General cleaning typically takes 30–60 minutes per unit. Chemical wash and overhaul can take 1–2 hours depending on the unit size and condition.
Do I need to prepare anything before the technician arrives?
Just make sure the area around the AC unit is accessible. No need to turn off the unit in advance — the technician will handle everything.
What's the difference between general cleaning and chemical wash?
General cleaning covers filter and coil cleaning to restore airflow. A chemical wash goes deeper — removing mold, bacteria, and buildup using a chemical solution. Overhaul is a full disassembly and chemical soak, the most thorough option.
Do you offer a service warranty?
Yes. If you experience any issue directly related to the service within 7 days, contact us and we'll return to inspect at no additional charge.
How do I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Message us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your appointment and we'll sort out a new schedule at no cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on-site, GCash, and Maya. Online payment via card is also available at checkout.
Can you service both window type and split type ACs?
Yes — we service Window Type, Split Type, and Ceiling Cassette units across all HP ratings from 0.75HP to 3HP.
